Loud Xbox 360 will cooling fans or installing games help?
I have an Xbox360 arcade not modded (no hard drive). When its just on and its not running a game its quiet. But when i play games it's real loud (because of the fan i'm pretty sure or disc spinning). Does anyone get the same loud fan going on their arcade? Are pro and elite consoles different in this respect?
I've heard installing games on the snap on hard drive, makes the 360 quieter??? and the cooling fan does that help?
How susectible are 360's to melting anyways??
and lasty, sorry, Is it possible to hook up any external hardrive, not the xbox branded, to a 360...

I have the elite and i always install games to the hdd because it stops the noise of the disc spinning. No the extra fans will make it alot louder. Not sure about the external hdd.
