Copying Xbox 360 Games to Hard Drive
This is why copying Xbox 360 games to hard drive is becoming more popular. It backs up games without having the disks in your PC every time you play your game. It is simple and quick with only free online software needed.
The Copying Process
1.) Place the game disk into the PC's disk drive and wait until it is read.
2.) Boot Alcohol 120. This may take a few minutes depending on the version (full or trial).
3.) Open the "Image Making Wizard" window by clicking on the "Image Making Wizard" button located on the left sidebar.
4.) Skip the second window by clicking on "Next". You don't need to make alterations in the first window as the settings cannot be changed.
5.) Select a backup location and the file type you want to save it as. For Alcohol 120, the game file must be saved as an ".iso" file.
6.) Press "Enter" or click on "Start" button to start the backup process. The size of the game will determine the length of the process. You may exit Alcohol 120 after the process.
More Information
To create a total backup, burn the game at a slower bitrate. Do not reset or turn off the computer while the backup process is in place as this will force you to begin with the process all over again.
