Up to 24 players can fight it out online with the option of single or split-screen Internet play. Gamers have the choice to play as infantry or commandeer multiple-occupancy vehicles such as jeeps, tanks and motorcycles with side-cars that lead to unique mobile combat roles for action-packed multiplayer action. The game also offers soldier classes, each with their own unique abilities and a ranking system for truly diversified squad combat. The Xbox 360 version of the game has been built from the ground up, with a new physics engine and advanced graphics that really does bring the war to life. Next-generation level design gives players multiple attack routes so they can decide how best to confront an enemy soldier (flank an opponent or hit him head-on, for example). The Xbox 360 gets its golden dog-tag with COD3, a real cinematic war experience. |
