How To Play Ps3 Games On Psp By Using Emulators And Unlocking Your Psp
In order for you to figure out how to play PS3 games on PSP, you're going to need to first unlock your PSP. Once unlocked, you will need a special emulator that allows you to play the PS3 games on your PSP.
So how do you unlock your PSP?
You have two options when it comes to unlocking your PSP. You can either use a mod chip, or install a certain application into the PSP that unlocks it without a mod chip. I will briefly discuss both.
While installing a mod chip is effective and will work, the problem is that it voids the warranty on your PSP. Along with that, it requires some technical knowledge and you run the risk of bricking your PSP if you mess something up on the inside. Unless you're highly experienced with modding systems, I would recommend taking the next option.
Using the special application to unlock your PSP is much easier and safer. Basically, all you need to do is download the software to your computer and save it onto a memory stick. Then you upload the memory stick into your PSP and it's unlocked.
The next step in learning how to play PS3 games on PSP is getting the proper emulator to read the PS3 games. An emulator is a homebrew application that makes your PSP think it's a PS3 and allows it to read and play the games. Don't worry, this is not permanent and you can still play your normal PSP games and games from other consoles just fine.
Where do you get the software to unlock your PSP and the emulators?
There are a variety of websites that have these applications available for download. You must be careful in choosing the right one though because some of them are known to send you a virus when you download the applications. For this reason, avoid any site that is offering a free download of applications to unlock your PSP or free emulators that show you how to play PS3 games on PSP.
